2D Artwork T.O.S.

Payment is ALWAYS upfront.

All payment is via PayPal. CashApp is also an option only if absolutely necessary.

I have the right to refuse any commission.

I will not, under any circumstances, remove my watermark from the artwork.

I Do Not, Will Not, And Will Never Work With NFTs. Do Not Commission Me For Anything Crypto Related.

I will NOT start on your commission until your payment has fully processed and transferred to my bank account. I will let you know when that happens.

After I have started on your commission, I will NOT refund you.

Turnaround time can vary. My usual can be anywhere from 4 days to 1 week depending on my current situation. The longest is 2 weeks.

I complete the commissions I do in the order that I receive them. If you need your commission by a certain date, let me know firsthand please, and I will move you up in priority.

3D Models T.O.S.

Payment is ALWAYS upfront.
You will pay half initially
Once the model is finished and it's ready for upload, you will pay the other half. The model will not be uploaded before payment is received. (!For Commissions!)

I will NEVER give out any avatar files. I do not feel comfortable with handing out the files of my creations, as I do not trust that they won’t be spread or publicized. Any files that will be available to use will be editable base models that will be on my Ko-fi profile.

You do NOT have the right to make any avatar that I upload to your account public. Any avatar I upload to anyone's account MUST stay private at all times.
